You can return any purchased items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit, or full refund (less shipping charges) subject to our return conditions. For items that are not defective, and you simply do not wish to keep them; there are two options: Option A: If the item is returned in NEW (unopened, unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all the original contents included. You will be eligible for a full refund or store credit minus shipping charges. Option B: If the item is returned in USED/OPENED but resalable condition, in the original manufacturer package, with all the original contents included. You will be eligible for a partial refund or partial store credit minus a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges. Any returned items found to be in used condition without all original contents included will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Occasionally mistakes or mishaps happen. We try our best to limit these occurrences, and our customers can help us go a long way in limiting them as well. Please make sure to check your order at the time of purchase, as we base our return policy procedures directly off your order invoice. Errors in your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Errors made by NSSOutdoors.com will be taken care of at no additional expense to you. If the item you receive matches the order invoice, then applicable return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply. If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace the damaged item or refund your original payment. For replacement items, we will ship your replacement item out as soon as we receive a return shipping tracking number from you. Once we have received the returned damaged item and it has passed our return inspection procedure, we will refund your return shipping costs as necessary. For refunds of damaged items, we will complete your refund transaction once we have received the returned item and it has passed our return inspection procedure.
If a different item is delivered than what you ordered, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send you the right item at no extra charge to you. We will ship the correct item to you as soon as we receive a return shipping tracking number from you. Once we receive the item and confirm that it was not what you ordered on your order invoice, we will refund any return shipping costs as necessary. Please remember we base our returns and exchange policy directly off your order invoice. If the item you receive matches the order invoice, then applicable return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
Return Shipping Policies:
For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Item must also contain a valid RMA number, received from NSSOutdoors.com. All charges related to the return of items to NSSOutdoors.com are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged in transit, you received the wrong item, or where the fee is prohibited by law. Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms after our 30 day return window.
